That's weird that you all can see the pictures. I'm also watching In Session and they had a blurb at the bottom of the screen that the judge had asked them not to show the pics.

The judge said not to show the pictures from this afternoon. The ones from this morning can be shown if the skull is blurred.

Well, that was interesting. Judge was on cellphone and now jury dismissed early. Ah Casey is ill....

Bill Schaeffer just made a good point. Its those defendants that are guilty that have a harder time because they are forced to relive everything that got them there. Looks like it all is got to her..... Not about Caylee of course, just her own realization of what's coming!

But I must say that exit was a bit dramatic. She "could barely walk"....... I think she just got tired of acting all day.

Exactly what I was thinking. One of the WESH commentators said she did the same thing 4 weeks ago in jury selection when they read her indictment over and over again, like a large dose of reality.

I don't feel bad for her. I feel like she should have been made to stay and finish listening and viewing the pictures. I know I am being harsh but today was a little bit emotional for me, it made it very real. I have to wonder what the jury is thinking. I wonder if they are mad and upset also.

I don't feel bad for her either but I wonder if she is just now realizing she may not get away with it. The jury doesn't know that it is because Casey is "sick". They didn't see her when she could barely walk and they were already excused when the judge said she was sick.


ETA - of course she is upset because once again it is all about her

My son died in 1986. A part of me died with him. I couldn't even SMILE for almost a year, much less dance and hang out with friends. If her child died in an accident she should've been in deep grief... believe me, I know.

My heart goes out to you. My cousin's daughter died in 1995 from heart problems, she was 5 years old. My cousin has never recovered. She hasn't been the same.

My heart goes out to all you ladies that have lost a child. May God be with you. I couldn't look at the trial today because of the photos. My heart breaks for little Caylee.

thank you but no she's not doing well

she has 2 things wrong - pleural effusion which is fluid build up between the lung and the chest wall which makes her first breat when born impossible since there is no room for the lungs to expand and Hydrops which is a build up of fluid under the skin which has puffed her up beyond what she should be.

they tried to put in chest tubes last night but couldn't becuase it was too close to her heart and they could have killed her if they nicked her heart

we're taking it one day at a time and gathering all the info we can but sometimes you just need a break - and go figure i go back to watching a trial of a child murderer.

Oh Kurby, I'm so sorry you both are going through these problems and pray that everything is fine soon.

Actually your concern really illustrates what a "true mother" is compared to Casey, who can sit in the courtroom with no emotion when the facts of her deceased child are discussed

Maybe this was already touched on but I wanted to ask you all your thoughts.......if defenses theory was that Caylee drowned.......why is it she was buried with clothes on? After retrieving her little body from the pool, GA and CA took her in the house, removed her bathing suit and dressed her in that pink T and shorts? Was that discussed at all? TY

yea I bet she had to leave the courtroom, it's hard to keep fakeness up for that long as a pp stated.

I was wondering that too, but maybe they will say Caylee got into the pool without anybody knowing and that's why she was in her regular clothes.

It's the bag that had the Gatorade bottle with the syringe inside it - and in the syringe there was traces of chloroform (I posted a pic of the bottle on here the other day).
