Maybe this was already touched on but I wanted to ask you all your thoughts.......if defenses theory was that Caylee drowned.......why is it she was buried with clothes on? After retrieving her little body from the pool, GA and CA took her in the house, removed her bathing suit and dressed her in that pink T and shorts? Was that discussed at all? TY

I don't believe they indicated that she was ever wearing a swim suit. They made it sound like she was dressed for the day and somehow slippled outside while they weren't paying attention and got into the pool.

I was wondering that too, but maybe they will say Caylee got into the pool without anybody knowing and that's why she was in her regular clothes.

And actually, in opening statements JB made it sound like (to me) that this happened in the early morning. Like CA and GA woke up and found that Caylee was missing, then found her in the pool. So if that was the case, wouldn't she have been in pajamas???

If it were an accidental drowning, as the DT claims, then she would be in clothes and not a swimsuit since she got out of the house and got in the pool by accident.

I'm sure that Baez wishes that the jury would know thinking it would get her some sympathy. But the judge will make sure they never know she had a breakdown, because it doesn't have to with the facts of the case and could influence them.

As I watched KC today, I also wondered if some of the reality of what she did began to sink in. Caylee forever gone so that she could spend time with a boyfriend and party. The world irrevocably changed due to her selfishness.

I wished that she had been required to look at the pictures and that they would haunt her.

I would be amazed if her emotion was sadness for Caylee rather than herself. If only that were possible. It would be a real transformation for her. How likely is it?

It's the bag that had the Gatorade bottle with the syringe inside it - and in the syringe there was traces of chloroform (I posted a pic of the bottle on here the other day).

BTW, I think she is "ill" because she's an attention wh@&#. Can't have people thinking about Caylee more than her! (I also think that's why she killed her - she was jealous.)

My son died in 1986. A part of me died with him. I couldn't even SMILE for almost a year, much less dance and hang out with friends. If her child died in an accident she should've been in deep grief... believe me, I know.

I am so sorry, I empathize with you I lost my daughter in 05. This is a very emotional issue.

I am so sorry for your loss. I'm sure that although it has been over 20 years, it still seems like yesterday. I cannot imagine the pain.

Just a thought- Casey HAD to be really sick because the last thing the jurors saw today was the pictures of Caylee's skull. Don't think Baez would want that unless there was a really good reason, not a very good strategy at all.

The photos that couldn't be shown are the ones of Caylee's skull that the ME took once they had recovered her. Bill Sheaffer said even thought he knew about the duct tape it was a shock to see how much there actually was.

This is what I think too. For Casey it is ALWAYS all about her.

I have to say that it was a lot more duct tape than I envisioned. All the way encircling the head. Really shocking actually.

The skull was moved?? Roy K. is a scene stager??
