JB asked if she knew of any bones collected past lane 6 45 feet from baseline--she refers to her documents and said no (my feed now keeps cutting in and out!!)

Not sure if items in the pic were what was collected second pic she says yes--said they were sent for testing--items came from lane 4

Me too! What's funny is yesterday my mom called me and mentioned offhand, "Oh, I heard the Casey Anthony trial started." Ya think?????????

Lorie Gottesman--FBI--Supervisor forensic document examiner

going thru her schooling and training---accepted as expert witness in document examination

going over equipment she uses as part of her job

asking about her report on 12/08 concerning duct tape--says she understood they came from victim--asked to determine if she could detect the sticker(no answer then JB goes into having her explain how her equipment works

Says she couldnt see sticker with naked eye--so she used VSC with the different lights and filters to see if she could see it with that

After trying different lights and filters she was unable to determine that there was a sticker on the duct tape

JB asked if she was asked to submit DNA--she says yes--she got called by dna analyst because there was an unknown profile on the tape so they needed hers so she complied and the dna ended up being the contributor

Normal procedure is to wear gloves and she did--has no idea or when she contaminated the evidence--items were in plastic

JB asked if she sneezed on the duct tape--lol--she says no

Asked if she handled other evidence--she says yes

JB asking about 4/2/01 report---she was given pieces of plastic and asked to give an overall assessment of the plastic and too comapre them to each other.

Some plastic eliminated from being from one another and others were inconclusive.

JA asks about FBI sees sticker residue and asking her to find it after it had been destroyed during the fingerprint process

Asking about black bags from the scene--asking about comparing to see if the came from same roll( sorry my feed keeps cutting out)
