The local news says that the defense is going to claim that George Anthony hid Caylee's body in the woods, Kronk found her, applied duct tape and moved the body until he was ready to "find her" for the reward money.

That won't hold up. They already testified that the body had been there for 6 months. If it would've been moved, it would be known.

Sorry, I had it recorded on the DVR but WESH or WFTV may have the raw footage. My work computer doesn't have speakers or I would have watched the judge's ruling, since it didn't record so I'm going to watch that when I get home.

Thanks Everyone(LOL!!) for the link. Yep that's the one I had seen previously.

I don't believe it to be Casey. I don't think it's photoshopped. I think the girl in the pic is the one who posed for the pic I just don't think it's Casey.

It looks so much like her but there are 3 things that stood out to me then and now.

1) The hairline--the girl in the pic has a slight widows peak whereas Casey doesn't.

2) The eye color is wrong--The girl in the photo has a dark ring around the outside of her iris--Casey doesn't

3) This is the biggie...literally. The girl in the photo appears to be well endowed and as we can tell by pics of Casey in bikini tops and her undie shot from her Myspace (also on the link I was sent) she doesn't have the same set as the girl in the pic

Her eyebrows are also different. Not one pictures shows her eyebrows groomed that way. The XXX pic girl has in colored contacts (it looks like) and the original color is brown. I don't think its been photoshopped but I don't think its Casey either...

My first thought was the eyebrows too.. though I have seen them groomed that way in a very few pictures. But I don't think its her either.

Side note: I really dont like Nancy Grace and if I hear the phrase "Tot Mom" one more time I'm gonna scream.. its like she's trying to coin a phrase to get credit for and it sounds ridiculous.

what i find "stupid" is that in every single trial the defense could claim there isn't enough evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt to convict their client.

of course the defense could think that - no matter what since they are trying to get their client off

but i thought it was the up to the jury to decide if there was reasonable doubt to convict.

isn't that what all the appeals would be fore after a ruling would be rendered??

take one or the other out - it's just a waste of time
