I have to go to bed. Up bright and early to watch the Defense make their case. If I'm lucky, I can get a load of laundry going and do my dinner prep before it starts at 9.

Geesh! Remind me not to spend the day out doing errands again. I came back to find 20+ pages to read! Y'all sure are a chatty bunch today (Wednesday).

Dare I ask someone to send me the naughty picture links?

After I look at them I think I'll take my lap outside, put in the street and run over it a couple times. Way too many incriminating things on my hard drive thanks to this trial.

Off to bed now so I can get up in 7 or so hours to see the Defense's Opening.

Many of those pictures are the party ones that have been plastered all over the news programs, but oh my with the one with the well... you know... I guess it looked like it could be a porn shot but I was really just so shocked all of a sudden that I closed out the website before I caught something....

Thanks Everyone(LOL!!) for the link. Yep that's the one I had seen previously.

I don't believe it to be Casey. I don't think it's photoshopped. I think the girl in the pic is the one who posed for the pic I just don't think it's Casey.

It looks so much like her but there are 3 things that stood out to me then and now.

1) The hairline--the girl in the pic has a slight widows peak whereas Casey doesn't.

2) The eye color is wrong--The girl in the photo has a dark ring around the outside of her iris--Casey doesn't

3) This is the biggie...literally. The girl in the photo appears to be well endowed and as we can tell by pics of Casey in bikini tops and her undie shot from her Myspace (also on the link I was sent) she doesn't have the same set as the girl in the pic

I recall that Anna was due in June...and she went early with her first, so I think the announcement is that she has had her baby.

Y'all update the thread. Whoever wins, gets a ticket for when the jury reads the verdict.

The local news says that the defense is going to claim that George Anthony hid Caylee's body in the woods, Kronk found her, applied duct tape and moved the body until he was ready to "find her" for the reward money.

They have no idea how ludicrous that sounds, do they?

Well, this should be quick then, the plant growth proves otherwise And by the time Kronk found her she would have been decomposed, there would be no way to attach duct tape to the mandible...

But maybe my thought was right, maybe he and George were drinking buddies of 30 years and George called him right up that day and said Kronk, I have a suggestion for you to make some money....

But that still doesn't get around the plant growth.. well, maybe he planted the plants in just such a way... you know because he knows about horticulture and all...

You mean let logic get in the way? The defense is so convoluted that a fiction author couldn't have come up with this stuff or its all just as easy as saying a mother killed her daughter!

At the time I was like WTH!?! But then when we managed to put so many things together and news agencies ran with our findings it was vindication in a way even though we didn't want to be part of it...If that makes any sense.

Cindy was going to file for custody of Caylee. Casey and Cindy were fighting before all this happened. Casey had stolen money from Cindy's mom and dad and Cindy was fed up with Casey's behavior. Cindy went to a counselor and the counselor told Cindy to kick Casey out. Cindy was worried that Casey would take Caylee with her. The counselor told Cindy to file for custody. Casey took Caylee to punish Cindy. And in the 911 calls you can hear Cindy again about custody

This is what I always come back to and what I believe as well.

If it's the 2 I'm thinking of, my father would have broke down and cried and then blinded himself.

I still think it will be a birth announcement and not a pregnancy announcement. I love the Duggar's--but let Anna have her moment!

Though Bates union sounds probable--but to timing is right for the baby.

Well, Anna had the baby yesterday and it's already been announced. A boy named Michael James...so my guess is a wedding.

Finally watched Mason's motion for acquittal, and I have to say that he is one annoying and, dare I say, sexist/racist individual. His remarks regarding presentations presented by females were dripping in condescension, and I kept expecting him to end his comments to the judge with a demeaning slur. That was 45 minutes full of self-agrandizing blather that I'll never get. Comments have been made that the judge may have been snickering behind his hand, but I think he was stifling a yawn.

While I think the death penalty is out of reach, I am looking forward to seeing how much construction equipment the defense brings in to dig themselves out of their self-made hole.

The cat is out of the bag--Josh and Anna had their second child! The birth hasn't been officially announced yet, but tune in to the Today Show tomorrow at 7AM for the details!

The lightening storm last night was really, really cool. And scary. We were driving home from church (downtown) down 4 and got a full view of it. Made changing lanes hard because I always thought someone was flashing headlights at me.
