I didn't know that about the event coordinators' clothes, altho now that you've said that, it makes sense. Cindy and George probably think "work clothes" in the sense of "decent clothes".

I think you're right on target with Casey's explanations and excuses to her friends for when she worked each and every day. How she managed to keep things straight, I don't know. I guess if someone questioned anything, she just spun another lie. It's truly amazing that she never got found out before this. That's one talented liar there.

Yeah. It's amazing how she lies. I remember when they were airing all those phone calls that she had with her parents right after she went to jail. You could tell that the lies just naturally rolled out of her mouth, and that she did it without even thinking about it, like it was second nature to her, because it was.

I want to be sequestered for two months with Johnny Depp.

Had a late afternoon meeting and missed everything after the jury got sent out to deal with the whole Dick Tracy Orlando thing. I am watching the raw video now on WFTV. One thing, of many, is clear. Baez still has a personal issue with Yuri.

Have to laugh at Baez accusing people of not picking up on the fact that his client is a liar LOL!

So what's the deal with him pointing out that his client is a liar? Is that supposed to help her? Is there a specific purpose for him bringing that to the attention of the jury, as if they don't already know it?

So they can prove she is such a good liar that she could have totally covered up and played off the "accident of her daughter drowning" without emotion or other slip ups, admissions, etc.

i'm thinking that so far they have shown that she's a lier a good lier, an uncaring person, a witch but they have yet to show she actually murdered her own daughter.

right now it's all speculation and yes she can and prob will be convicted on speculation and the amount of evidence but being a witch or a lier doesn't make her a murder.

this is why she'll get life not death

they aren't admissible and by now if her lawyer is smart he'll decline them.

plus she's an excellent lier so no doubt she could pass it

she believes all her own lies and that's what helps pass these tests

The person who Casey says introduced her to "Zanny" is a guy she barely even knew, and he never had a kid. Casey made him up.

She worked at Universal for a few months but that was before Caylee was born. Apparently she took Caylee over to some of her friends' places, or her mom watched her, or she had a friend (a real one!) who babysat for her.

No one lived there. It was a model apartment used for leasing. This was confirmed by the property managers.

Jeff Hopkins knew Casey very little. He does not know a Zanny nor does he have a son named Zachary.

Employment was pulled. Detectives spoke with Universal human resources and confirmed she did not work there. The friends that she said that worked at universal also do not exist.

I agree. I don't think she'll get the death penalty, but rather life in prison.

The one time when she was taking them to the apartment where the nanny supposedly lived, and then they get there and it's a vacant apartment, as another poster said.

And then leading them to Universal, and walking them to her office, that was not there.

She must have thought they were not very bright. It's just weird to think she thought that she could actually pull it off.

I don't believe that he did it, but just suppose somehow or another they prove that he did (but not sure how they could prove that), then does he have to be charged with that crime, and then go to trial? How would that work?

Even if he did, still wouldn't let her off the hook for killing her daughter.

If they are using this angle to try to show that Casey lies, and if it's not true, then that's a really sick and twisted story for the defense to come up with.

I think the speculation is that she would leave the house and then return after her dad left for work. But it is still something Im confused about it that what was she doing before May when she met Amy and started hanging with this new crowd.

I would like to know if the 1200 "explicit/bad" pictures that the FBI found online of Casey will be discussed/shown during the trial. Remember George threw up after finding out about those?

During testimony this morning, George Anthony revealed that he got ill after law enforcement told him in late July 2008 that “explicit” photos of his daughter were going to be released to the public.

“I remember how I felt when I heard that. I got sick.”

He said he literally had to go and throw up.

In the interview w/Yuri taped July 24 it also mentions it on page 46:

JA: And she, well and, and there’s twelve hundred pictures in there, okay? The pictures, some of them are, are pretty bad and uh, but that’s not the point I’m trying to make to you, okay?

Yuri continues on just to note that his only point at that time was that out of those 1200 pictures there were none of any "Zenaida".

Well I was never brave enough to look at what was supposedly Casey's "bad" pictures, mainly because I was scared of getting a computer virus (CTD? Computer Transmitted Disease ) But at the time, others who looked posted that the photos were indeed, "bad". More info from a 2009 post:

So IF Casey did get into some unsavory ways to make money, can that be brought up in court? And should it be, or is that irrelevant?

So there's this Mark Eiglarsh, a criminal defense attorney, on Dr Drew (I've never seen this show before...) and Dr Drew asked Eiglarsh if he would be advising her to make eye contact with the jurors, and he responded: "I would advise her like I do all of my clients...that this is theater, they're always studying the actors. They're looking at every move that you're making, like America is. So continue to look like you are involved in this case, don't start to daydream, take notes when appropriate, feel emotion, gently shake your head if you don't agree with something." I said this before and I'll say it again...part of the defense's reason for sitting directly across from the jury is so that they can see all that, and the sweet young emotionally damaged "child" that they want them to believe Casey is.

Oh no! Everything OK?? I knew there was one in Springfield but I hadn't heard about others. I'm in RI; we had a tornado watch until 8 PM but I haven't check the news lately.

We had 2 pass through our town. 4 dead in state...hoping no more. 19 towns with damage. On the ground from Springfield to Oxford. FAR!

They are thinking there were 3-5 on the ground. They'll know more in next couple days.

No damage here. Tree in backyard struck my lightning. It set off building alarms so we had to be outside for 45 minutes....while another storm rolled in. Fire Dept from other towns had to respond. Ours too busy.

Then I finally got back into the house.....I had a live mouse in the kitchen. ROFL. I think the cats heading to the basement sent the mouse upstairs. So...then I had to get neighbor over to help corner & catch the mouse.

Then another storm rolled in.

All from like 5pm to 9:30pm. I'm beat.

Some towns with A LOT of damage. Trailer truck & cars rolled over. Houses collapsed. Honestly amazing damage for MA. Looks like Oklahoma. We don't get this here!
