As a Southerner and Floridian, I'm a little offended! I don't think it's really all that "normal" and considering the man is obviously highly educated, I'm assuming he has a little bit of a lisp or something going on.

I was born in the South, lived in the South my whole life, lived in Florida for 7 years, 4 of them in Orlando, and while I personally do not use "pacific," I have heard it enough (among the higher and lesser educated) to know that it is not uncommon.

Someone called into HLN and suggested that Caylee was getting to the age when she was more and more verbal, and how was Casey going to keep up her lies when her daughter was going to be able to give information that might conflict with Casey's stories. While I don't think that that would be a reason, or THE reason, to kill her, I wonder if that's one of the things that was starting to build up prior to Caylee's death. Did Caylee ever mention something to Cindy about where they had been, or what they had been doing, that Cindy had an issue with? Or furthered Cindy's issues with Casey about her fitness as a mother? Just thought it was an interesting concept.

I am fairly certain this hasn't been brought up at trial nor do I believe it will because it is not relevant, but has anyone ever come forward to say that they used to hang with Casey while she was suppose to be at her Universal job? I am talking about the time way before Caylee was missing. It seems like this was pretty much a daily thing to tell her family she was going to work. I am really curious where she went and what she did. That is a big chunk of her day that is unaccounted for.

Speaking of terminology, I wish they knew the difference between blogging and posting on a discussion forum/message board. Disboards and websleuths are both discussion/message boards. Blogging is like a live journal. One person or a central group posts an editorial, life story, commentary, etc. Then others can read it and leave a comment. Most blogs allow visitors to post comments. Sometimes long discussions can take place on a blog, but each topic is started by the blog owner. Websleuths is not a blog. Facebook is similar to a blog but isn't really a true blog either as others can post to your profile on a topic that you haven't created. It just bugged me when they kept questioning the potential jurors to see if they are blogging. I have never blogged but post regularly on many discussion forums including websleuths.

Not really an answer to that question but I have been laughing when they keep discussing how Casey was "dressed" for work. Did anyone even check to see what event coordinators wear at Universal. I can tell you exactly. First you come to work in your shorts, jeans, warmup pant, p.j.'s, or whatever. You enter backstage into the wardrobe building. There you go into the locker room and change into your wardrobe which is issued to you in the wardrobe building. Wanna know what that wardrobe is for event coordinators? Yellow polo shirt with Universal Orlando logo and tan/khaki docker style pants or shorts. So most of the time, she would not be dressed up for work and even if she was wearing the events coordinator wardrobe at home it would be khaki shorts and yellow polo shirt. She was leaving her home dressed to party at the clubs not for work.

Now to kind of answer the question about who she was hanging with. All of the friends we are hearing from is who she was hanging with. If she was hanging with Susie Q in the morning and afternoon, Suzie Q would be told that Casey was working in the evening. If she hung with Joey in the evening, then he was told she worked during the day. If she hung with someone all day long, then they were told that this was her day off. Cindy kept saying that Casey's job had different hours all the time because of the job she was doing. Event coordinators almost always work nights. There are very few events that start before 4 or 5 in the evening. Most start after the park is closed for the night.

I think the speculation is that she would leave the house and then return after her dad left for work. But it is still something Im confused about it that what was she doing before May when she met Amy and started hanging with this new crowd.

Well as Baez so eloquently pointed out to us today, she did mess up her lies. He said she contradicted herself within 10 seconds when she was talking about her co-workers to the detective.

Had a late afternoon meeting and missed everything after the jury got sent out to deal with the whole Dick Tracy Orlando thing. I am watching the raw video now on WFTV. One thing, of many, is clear. Baez still has a personal issue with Yuri.

Have to laugh at Baez accusing people of not picking up on the fact that his client is a liar LOL!
