During this bathroom picture taking incident, Casey mentioned having a daughter and made a comparison between taking care of the shot girls and being a mother taking care of a child. AFTER Caylee was already dead. Is this the one who Casey told was invited to her daughter's birthday party in August?

Ok. But what about Uncle's question above? If Casey is so sick due to the abuse, what kind of treatment is she receiving now? She has been under the care of the state for quite some time, and if Baez really believed she was mentally ill, shouldn't he have insisted she be under a doctor's care?

It's not that I don't believe any of these things can happen to someone with a history of abuse, it's just that based on the facts of this case, I don't believe it has happened to Casey. Baez will have to call lots of experts and show lots of treatment before I would believe it - to make any doubt I had be REASONABLE.

There is a picture of her leaning over a toilet where she was obviously drunk. I do believe it is part of the evidence

I dont think lived is the correct word. More like hiding out. She kind of started staying there when she was telling her family that she was all over Florida with Caylee. This was right after Caylee had died. I think it was more of a bunking at the boyfriends house, kind of thing. It was her hideout!

CNN is saying she lived there with Caylee., which would make sense if her parents didn't know about her whereabouts. If they both lived with the parents, not 24 hours wuold have gone by before the called the cops.

If you go back to that photobucket, there are a 107 pics, I dont know are there any of the girls who were on the stand today in any of those pics?
