Sorry, but the state of FL reached its maximum on the amount of stupid we allow to live here. On Tuesday, we went over that number by 12 so Casey will have to live elsewhere. Wonder if Guam has any availability?

OMG!!! :lmao::rotfl2:

I'm sorry but this new chick Jennifer Ford, juror number #3 is a complete ******* just from hearing her speak for less than 1 min.

I agree she is also one of those people who think words like what

are pronounced wha and cotton is pronounced caw en. You know the new way of speaking and leaving our beginnings of syllables in a two syllable word or leaving off ending sounds in one syllable words.

Thank you for saying exactly what I was thinking. And this is the one who really, really wanted to be on the jury. Ai yi yi ... :sad2:

Holy cow! I truly believe they need deputys in the rooms, not to say anything but they need to stop bullying people to make them change their minds. I hope these two can live with the fact they freed a woman who killed her daughter. Arent they glad it wasnt their daughter or granddaughter who got no justice. Whoopee a trip to WDW in excange for your story thats worth it. Wonder what the guy who is looking for major bucks thinks now?:sad2:

Honestly, I want to know how badly these jurors are going to feel now that they are able to see all of the news reports/print, etc about how pissed everyone is...and how an entire country (world?) knows that she is guilty, but these 12 morons let her go.

Well, according to Juror #3 who just appeared on Primetime, she feels that it's not her fault because the prosecution didn't prove anything to the jury & she followed the law ...

Cannot believe that juror Jennifer Ford just said "Not guilty doesn't mean innocent."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but not guilty means blameless. Innocent people are blameless, right?

Hate to do it...but you are wrong.

Casey, herself, may claim she is innocent; but these decisions do not make it so.

Jennifer, in theory, is correct. Not Guilty does not mean Innocence, given the burdens required to convict (reasonable doubt...blah blah blah).

I just read a WKMG article that claims they were crying after verdict. I am not sure if I believe that.

I just want to know if they knew the laws and if they allowed Baez's opening statement be their guide.

Jennifer Ford:
"It's someone elses life and if I am wrong and I kill someone, I can't live with that."

Why did she feel she was going to kill Casey? She did not have to vote for the DP. She didn't even have to vote for a charge that would warrant the DP.

ITA ...

Well, if they needed A motive, they did not follow the law. If they were influenced by any sustained objection and statements stricken from the record; they did not follow the law.:confused3

Hos eh Slime-az is on with Big Jerk Walters.

And thinks that Casey is an excellent mother.

Yeah - excellent mothers wait 31 days to report their child as "missing".

Babs just asked if a good mother waits 31 days to report their child missing. Baez said "Obviously no but that's not the situation that someone should behave and I made that clear. Now I understand the actions that she took were obviously not things that anyone can condone but this wasn't about a murder case. It never was"

Baez has been drinking the Casey kool-aid for way too long.

Exactly ... and they shouldn't have even been considering/thinking about the "punishment" phase when they were deliberating the "guilt" phase, in the first place ... :sad2:

Baez makes me ill.

Was going to stay away from this thread tonight, because I just need a break from everything ICA (I think we're going to have to change that to "Citizen Casey Anthony" a.k.a. "CCA"), but I keep thinking that's just more I'll have to catch up with in the end. But I keep seeing links that should go in the FP, but it really is a PITA to do at this point. Maybe tomorrow. :)
We were talking about this at work today and I was told that I am very naive and that all juries talk about the trial during breaks and stuff no matter what the instructions are. People I worked with admitted it...and one was even on the grand jury! :scared1: I have been on a jury and we did not discuss..unless they did it while I was out of the room. :confused3
I was just thinking about this tonight, with the speculation that the jurors had been talking. If I was on a sequestered jury, I would be the outcast, because at the slightest indication that anyone was going to say something about the case, I'd be saying "Oh, no, we can't talk about it!" So they'd all be talking behind my back. 1) I'm very honest. :littleangel: And 2) I just about peed my pants when Bird Boy got in trouble from JBP!
Did you see the part where she writes she wants to adopt an Irish baby, with an accent?

Poor Caylee, she had no Irish accent for mommy. :sad2:

I'm still in shock about what happened. I need a spiritual cleansing to remove the Anthony's madness from my soul - hey, maybe Cindy has some spare cleaning products....ugh, even snarking on them is too hard to do.
Your post is so funny , yet so sad. :(
In fairness, I can see why a trip to Disney would be in order. Did you see where the poor jury had to stay?

:sad2:
OMW that is right across the street from me!
NOW we find this out. You could have done some sleuthing around the hotel. Oooo...a maid! Poking through their stuff, and finding out who and what they're saying with the outside world. Oh well...next murderous mother trial.
NOOOOOOO we do not want her in Texas!:scared1:
If she moves in next door, you can maybe keep a timeline of what's she's doing so it's all together for the her next performance. Was it Houston? Don't remember.

I can't do anymore shows on this tonight either, so I'll maybe watch tomorrow.

Sentencing tomorrow morning...I hope JBP gives her the max to keep her in jail for at least a little longer. It might be to her advantage (not that I care) to let things settle down a bit before she's on the loose.

Exactly and again, against jury instruction. You vote guilt or innocence without regard to punishment. THEN, during the penalty phase, you vote LWOP if you are so inclined. The stupidity is just compounded by the minute!

How stupid were these jurors??? No one told her it was the Death Penalty or Not Guilty. I don't think they even listened to Judge Perry's instructions at all.

OOoooooh ... Babs asked if it was accidental drowning and he said yes. She asked if she fell in. He said she found her way into the pool and drowned.

Babs asked "Is this what Casey told you?" and he said "I could never comment on that."

I know he has client attorney priveledge ... but why not just say "Yes, that's exactly what she told me"? To leave it as "I can't discuss that" makes me think that wasn't what she told him! Or how about say "I'm not discussing this!"?

Once again......Too stupid to be on a jury. Can't grasp reasonable doubt. Can't see that ANY conviction at all will not automatically warrant an execution. Too dense to understand that the prosecution is under NO obligation to prove a motive, yet they DEMAND one.

I was going to ask if they even read the jury instructions, but that assumes they were literate.
