Jose knows very well that her computer was not hacked, and that she is putting these out there herself against his wishes. She's pissed at him for not getting her a million dollar deal, he's pissed at her for blowing any chance she had with these videos. He quits, Sims quits, she's left with Mason. How long is he going to put up with her crap?

I'm finding it really hard to listen to or watch anything about this case these days, after seeing that cocky happy video of hers and knowing she goes out in public. I want her cowering in the corner in fear for her life...like Caylee probably felt.

And then there are the "expert" commentators. Maybe it was Vinnie Politan who had on an "always controversial expert" saying that she believes Casey about the sexual abuse, and that her behavior (based on what other patients have told her) is classic sexual abuse victim. I think that's such an irresponsible statement. Lying and detachment surely can be and are symptoms of other things. In this case, there is NO way to say that it's absolutely one way or another, because Casey has been proven to lie about everything. I think this "expert" also stated that there's always SOME truth to everything she says. But what?? For all anyone knows, growing up being sexual abused IS the truth...somebody else's that she heard about.

I didn't read the psychiatric reports that were just released, but I think what I thought I heard was that George allegedly abused her between 8 and 12 or something? Then how could George have been Caylee's father?? And it just IRKS me that she's claiming date rape. EVERYTHING is someone else's doing...she is completely innocent. Ugh. It infuriates me.

Me neither. I think she was "born this way." I definitely think the dysfunction in that family is because of how the family had to deal with HER, rather than how she had to deal with the family.

Sometimes pale, sometimes red (they said it was hot in there), sometimes like he's going to cry, sometimes like he doesn't give a ****. This is one long sentencing! They laid out the WHOLE series of events leading up to and after the murder. Have they said what his term is yet??? I don't think so.

So, per Joran's lawyer, he was suffering from PTS because for 5 years he was accused of a crime that had no evidence against him. Poor guy. Oh, and his father died. The issue of that, I think, is more about his losing the one person who actively worked to keep him from being questioned and out of jail.
