The problem I have with her "rights" is people like Barbara Walters thinking/saying that she has a "right" to write a book, etc. But she/they make it sound like someone is stopping her. No one is stopping her from writing a book. What's happening is that people have a right to be pissed, have a right to speak up against it, and publishers have a right to choose to publish her or not. Barbara acts like poor Casey NEEDS to make a living somehow, and it's not like she can have a REAL job, so she NEEDS to write a book. KWIM?
Oh, doncha know? They CRIED when they came up with the verdict; "not guilty" doesn't mean they think she's "innocent", but they couldn't go on emotion! No sirree, not these honorable people. No one in that room could say EXACTLY HOW Caylee died; therefore, Casey could not be found "not guilty". I just sort of picture that whole group in a room, with a jigsaw puzzle in front of them in pieces, just sitting there going

No one has taken her right away, in fact, they gave them back to her. Its just more "poor me" crap from her and those that are itching to take their financial windfall from it all.
