Getting ready to pack up to go home (wah), and we're wondering if the wands bought at Universal can go into carry-on bags.
One would think it's fine, because even though they don't allow realistic replicas of weapons, there's no such thing as a dangerous/in-use HP wand...but then again, there's no such thing as a Stormtrooper blaster, and they certainly don't want THOSE on the plane...and a shiny plastic sword certainly isn't *realistic*, but they don't want those, either. So I'm not going by logic here....
So? What do you guys know about this? Wands to be carried on, or going in the belly of the plane?
Thanks!

Alas I didn't get them before we packed up and left everything with Bell Services, but we did end up checking them. And they made it just fine; whew. As did our Butterbeer souvenir plastic glasses and my Epcot beer stein (Stacey's "pretzel, and beer!" bit got to me, I had to buy one).
