Carousel Inn or BWPPI???

I have never stayed at either of these two hotels, but both are coming up for fairly good rates - Carousel Inn would be $200 cheaper for three nights though. Anyone stayed at both or either - opinions please???

It will just be two adults, so pool is not important. Both have fridge (for water) and breakfasts (don't really care about that though).

With the price difference, is there any reason to choose BWPPI over Carousel?

The Carousel was a nice motel.....the rooms are the standard 2 queen rooms, but because of the extra furniture, it tends to feel tight & small. For 2 people this won't be an issue. The beds are super comfy with extra pillows. There is a sliding door between the main room & the bathroom area, so if someone gets up early.....it allows the other person to sleep.

They have a microwave & fridge, blow dryer, standard amenities, wall control for heat/air.

The breakfast seemed to be pretty good, I never got up there to check it out, but that was what the rest of the group was saying.

The only 2 things that could be an issue.......the first being their stupid elevator. It didn't always cooperate & after a long day at the parks, hoofing up 4 flights of stairs seemed painful. The elevator is slow & some of the times, you'd push the button & it wouldn't stay lit up.....so you'd push & push & push & finally give up & use the stairs.

The other is parking. If you bring a car, you have to let them park it with their Valet (free) parking......for $8/day......free?? $8?? Anyways, if you want quick access to your car, you'll be depending on the valet to get your car everytime.

I'd stay here again....just not with 4 people in the room.......lol
