The "Horses on the Beach" project is a public art display scheduled for Spring and Summer, 2004 and 2005. The project is being funded by the St. Joseph Improvement
Association and Cornerstone Alliance. It is a project completely organized by the City of St. Joseph, Michigan. For more information please visit their web site:
