Caribe Royale 2 bedroom question

O.k. big help needed so thank you! I just booked a 2 bedroom villa at Caribe Royale that says it sleeps 8. My family of 4 will be meeting my sister in laws family of 4 there. Will there be enough room or too close for comfort. We have a 15 year old and a 7 yo, they have a 6 yo and a 7 yo.

The thinking is their 4 are in the room with the 2 queens, we take the king size room and ship a sleeping bag for our daughter for the floor ( sorry kid) and my DS 15 takes the pull out couch.

I got the room for $199 during Xmas time! Wow!
