Can you walk from the caribbean beach resort over to Epcot?

Quick answer no but it's a short bus ride.

I remember seeing somewhere a route to the International Gateway a long time ago. As the pp said, it's a very short bus ride, and Disney is not at all set up for pedestrians. Outside the resorts there are practically no crosswalks or crossing lights anywhere.

Technically, yes. There's a sidewalk which leads from Victory Way (catty-cornered to CBR) to the Boardwalk, from which you should be able to find your way the rest of the way. No walkway leading out of the resort though.

But why would you want to, other than to get cheaper snacks from the Hess station? The bus is so much quicker and easier.
