Car Seats on Magical Express

We're flying in tomorrow, and will have a 2.5 year old with us. We're not renting a car, so we're not bringing a car seat. What is the protocol for carseat-aged children that don't have a car seat on ME? Will I just hold her on my lap, or do they have car seats for people in our situation? I have to think this happens pretty regularly...

Your child can sit on your lap or in the next seat. Car seats and airplane seats, if brought, need to go under with the baggage.

There are not belts and no places to secure a car seat on the bus seats.
