Car Rentals for Under 25

Hi all,
Does anyone know of any car rental companies out of MCO (Orlando International) that rent to 19 or 20 year olds? My boyfriend, who will be 20 at the time, and I (19) are going to Disney World in late August and are thinking about renting a car if it is relatively cheap. Any suggestions?

hertz will rent him a car but it get underage fee not sure about the rest of renter car place in mco
