Car Rental with free 2nd driver?

I know L&M Car Rentals offers free for married spouse, just wondering if any other companies offer the same feature (normally goes for $7 per day).

Does free extend to any other family members (ie. adult brother or sister)? What about National?

In the past when I used an entertainment coupon with Alamo, it gave me a free driver (not just a spouse). It doesn't mention it on the coupon but gives it on the breakdown of the estimate.
At those car rental agencies that give free spouse drivers, it may also extend to others living in the same household (same address).

If you join National's Emerald Club your spouse can be added as an additional driver for free.

Just checked last night and both offer the free 2nd driver option for a married spouse only,not other family members.
