Any one ever seen pix of the Captain's quarters? I know Barb has some crew spaces and behind the scenes pix but have never seen the Captain's spaces.

Also, any one have additional cruise pix sites, I've seen Barb's and Dave's and they are both great! Love to read about other cruiser's trips and see photos.

No pics of the Captain's quarters ;) but I have a lot of photos and a journal on one of my sites. Click here and then select "DISNEY" from the menu on the left.

mmouse37 -- great pix, thanks. Are all those nice looking young people in the "Brood waiting to board" picture yours?

No thank goodness!!! We travelled with three families and a total of 10 kids ranging in age from 6 to 18.

When I asked what was forward of my #7000 stateroom, (wondering what sounds to be aware of) it was suggested that there may be quarters for the bridge crew in that area. Either that or storage for the bridge. I don't see any windows in that area however. Well, maybe way forward. Hummm.
Anyone know?

We've got lots of pictures posted here from our 9/7 eastern Magic cruise but don't know about the captain's quarters :( .

Those were more wonderful pix tstobb, thanks. I particularly like your photos because it looks like you had the same itenarary on you vacation that we are planning for May '03!

We are starting with two days at the Contemporary followed by the May 1, 2003 7 Day Eastern on the Magic. Following the cruise we are going back to the Contemporary for another one night stay before heading home. Only differences are we will be flying in to Orlando instead of driving (Washington D.C. to Orlando is just too long a drive) and we have a CAT 6 while it appears you had a CAT 4.

Did you leave your car at WDW when you took the limo rides to and from the ship? Where did you park and how much did it cost? What did the limo cost?

Any one else with cruise pix?

Yes, we did have a cat 4.
We left our car in the lot at the Contemporary - Disney reservations told our TA that we wouldn't be allowed to do that so I sent a message directly to the concierge staff and they said it was OK.
We used Yourride and Jim was great! As far as rates, you need to contact them as the rates do change - you may, unless you are set on renting a car, want them to quote all 4 legs of your trip - why pay for a rental car that's going to sit in a parking lot for a week?
