Hi everyone,
Well I started this thread almost a year ago, do you think I have lost any weight, uh no.
In fact I gained some during the holidays. But...last week it was back to getting that magic back. I am on the large side so I figured I can lose 40-50 lbs by cruise time. Last week I lost 2, and DH is also working toward slimming down so that is helping. It's back to curves this week, and I am going to start walking during lunch. Keeping my fingers crossed, and my mouth closed.

Have you thought about going to a meal assembly place? I always find a locally-owned one so I can't recommend a particular chain, but two are Let's Dish and Super Suppers. I've been going to one for about a year now & I love it. You spend about 2 hours putting meals together in foil trays and freezer bags (it's fun!), then you thaw them out and follow the cooking instructions. You can usually get dinner on the table in 30 minutes or so. It is great now that DH gets home before I do - he can start cooking. The meals from my place range from about 4-8 Weight Watcher points for the entree (very roughly 200-400 calories), so it is WAY better than fast food or even store bought convienance food.

At least i have something as an incentive to lose some more (yes i did by it a little snug)
thanks!
