8/5...3 mile run 44 minutes
8/7...4.5 mile run 66 minutes
8/9...2.75 mile run 45 minutes

We took a very impromptu trip to Disney this past weekend. Had a blast! Sometimes I think these short, last minute, un-planned (to death) trips are just what the doctor ordered. :)

Friday - walking - 100 minutes
Saturday - walking - 100 minutes

Today - elliptical - 30 minutes

Oh boy, only adding 60 minutes so far since last posting. Walking, and core exercises.

Should be interesting to see how I make up my time. I haven't moved around much since I'm recovering from passing a kidney stone. But I will return!

This morning I went to class at the Y, did a short walk with girlfriends, then swam laps with another girlfriend. Wahoo for me! I can certainly feel my legs!! :upsidedow Need to do my pushups for the challenge on another thread. Plus extra cuz I forgot yesterday. :rolleyes2

Thanks! I ended up in the hospital because the pain was unbearable. They did a CT scan but I guess I had the fastest turnaround time ever because it passed while I was waiting on the results.

I've been taking it easy.
 
Catching up from past couple days. Just started new job so my schedule is all messed up.

Aug 10, run/walk 50 minutes
Aug 11, swin 40 minutes
Aug 12, walk 52 minutes - those extra 2 minutes pushed me over the 50% mark!
