Learned this evening that walking with my husband can be really good cardio. He said something that really irritated me so I tried to walk faster to create a bit of space so I could fume in peace, but he kept up with me. Darn long legs.

Adding 125 min of running w some ab work over the last three days. I think that brings me to

It felt great to run 5 miles this morning. That's the longest I've run since the princess half and I've worked up slowly and been diligent about my workouts and it paid off. Plus I got my butt out the door early enough it wasn't brutally hot. That was a nice change. :)

53 min zombie run last night.
At least it was supposed to be a Zombie 5k. Ended up being a tough mudder with zombies thrown in the mix. I found I am not a mudder girl. At every challenge I kept hoping I wouldn't hurt something. That definitely takes any thought of a spartan off the horizon. Hope everyone is still enjoying the summer weather.
