My friend and I will be in WDW in mid October. I have eaten at Cape May for the character breakfast, but have not been there for the Clam Bake. Both of us enjoy seafood and love clambakes and were wondering if this is a good one. When is a good hour to go? Anyone have pros or cons? We will be staying at POFQ so will need to make a special trip -- perhaps on an Epcot day.
Should we try it?
Thanks for any insight.

Our third visit there will be Nov. We haven't had a bad meal yet. Give it a try.

Our family still jokes about how much everyone ate when we went, and our family includes very picky eaters, including my husband, whose only inquiry about our upcoming trip is to be sure that we are going back to eat at the Clam Bake at the Beach Club! I have eaten there three times and it is always so good -- one of those place where you eat 'til you can't eat any more. :)

We try to eat at the Cape May clambake every trip. I love clams! Plus there is a variety of food for everyone.

We dine there every trip. There really is something for everyone.
There are lots of salads, u peel em shrimp, clams, mussels, chicken, ribs, fish, chowders, bread (corn bread is great), corn on the cob, potatos (mashed and roast) and much more. The dessert selection is huge with a really nice variety.
