We also had Jason and the whole transaction went quickly & smoothly. I presume as a seller it would also go smoothly and you would get your $ just as quick as we got our closing. Our next add-on will be from them.

Another very happy use of the Timeshare Store. Pat has helped us buy and sell. Always professional and friendly and they know DVC very well. You can do your own due diligence but Tom (the owner) has a clean broker license and is a BBB member with a perfect record. In his business that takes some doing.

Your only other post resurrected a debate on renting that died six months ago. You said, "DVC is great for me." That was today.

Now you're looking to sell your points.

I haven't read any of the OP's other threads but when I see someone say they want to "sell" their points, the first thing I ask is if they meant they want to "rent" their points. Some people use those terms interchangeably, which can cause much confusion.

To the OP, if you are looking to RENT your points to another person (or to transfer to another DVC member), go check out the Rent/Trade board.

If you are wanting to actually SELL your contract, then I would recommend The Timeshare Store. You could also check around with some other brokers, TUG, or even ebay.
