yep, I was having trouble yesterday. Then I noticed that my party says 5 adults and not 4 adults, 1 child. I had been trying to order a children's meal for DS. So, I entered 4 adult items and it let me place the order. I guess I'm going to have to call to get it updated.
I've been trying since Matthew, and no luck at all... several times per day/different browsers/different people. . I am coming up to my 24 hours and if I can't get my order placed, I am considering cancelling as I don't want to wait in a terribly long line. :/
Maybe it has changed since I was there, but for us the line only split once we were well inside and it was literally those ordering going one way and the pre-orders going the other. We were all in the same line outside though. But perhaps it's different now. Might want to make sure before you cancel for worry about a line.
Interesting, I can't order from the website. I've been trying for 4 days now. I may just give up and order in line. I just wanted the experience of having it brought to you and not have to wait in a line.

GOOD! Well, not good but I'm glad it's not just me having issues. I'll probably keep trying until the day before I end up at BOG cause I like the torture.. lol... at least it gives me an opportunity to keep going onto the Disney website since I feel I have everything in place and locked in.
I think I figured out why I wasn't able to order!!!! Double check your guests on the ressie, do this by clicking on update guests. If it doesn't have a name for guest #1 (and so on), change guest #1 to the person's name and click save. I did this and was able to FINALLY order our food. I had attempted to do this a minute prior to changing the guest to my son and still got the paws message.
