Can't make ADR's

Today is our ADR day and I can only make ressies for 1st day. I called on my lunch hour and got one for the last day we are there. CM said she doesn't know why I can't make them for all 7 days. Very frustrating. Hope it's not a sign of a bad trip.

I would call Disney Dining back and ask to speak with a supervisor if the CM can't book the other days for you. If you are staying onsite and you are 180 days away from your check-in date, you should be able to make them for all of your onsite days.

The CM can make them but I can't online or through the app. I like to do things like that in the middle of the night when I can't sleep.

Do you have a split stay by chance?

No split stay. I can now get to the date and time at the restaurant, but when i choose the time, it goes back to the previous screen. when using he app, i get the message "There was a problem loading the requested information. Please try again."

What is it doing from a computer and the website? I've pretty much given up on booking or canceling through the app as I get some weird message. The other day it cancelled one (I wanted it to in order to make another), gave me an error, and then I had none. Got back on the computer and was able to get one of them back, luckily.

Get off the app and try the website.

I tried the website too, I can choose the date, time and restaurant but then goes right back to the restaurant site. I am hoping tomorrow it will work. After all, it is the weekend!

Their system just sucks. My 60 day FP+ window opened on the 20th and I had 3 day tickets but could only book for 2 days of FP+. I had to call in and they couldn't figure out why it was happening. The internet help person booked my FP+ for me but the only way I can modify them is if I call back in. He told me they can't be modified on the site since he did it some special way. I don't plan to modify them but its aggrivating none the less.
