Can't Decide When To Go! Help!!!

Here's the situation. It's me, DH, and DD (18 months), and my parents will be joining us for the first few days. We're going for a week, staying at WL. Our choices are Jan 27-Feb 3 OR Feb 10-17.

Jan 27-Feb 3:
Pros: Lower crowds (touring plans says mostly 5's)
Can arrive early Friday
Cons: Test Track will be closed


Feb 10-17:
Pros: Test Track will be open
Cons: Week before Pres Week, bigger crowds (7's and 8's)
Will arrive late Friday night


Anyone have experience with going these times during the year? I really want to avoid huge crowds as much as possible. I know the weather will be variable either week, so I don't think that's going to make a huge difference.

I'm sooooo indecisive, but I need to book soon! Please HELP! Anyone!?

Both times won't be tremendously crowded, but my suggestion would be to go January into February. If you can live with Test Track being closed (and I know I could---I'm the one person that HATES that ride), you'll probably be happier with the smaller crowds.
