Can't book CRT today

Just rang to make my PS's and there is a system upgrade but hope to take bookings later today, but will not take CRT until tomorrow - I even took time off work to make my call!

Finally got through last night & after being on hold for 30 mins booked CP, Donalds and PSB (decided that getting CRT would be too stressful & expensive with double the number of peopleringing today) - just something to put on my "to do" list next time!
