Candy Bar Wrappers

Does anyone know of a website that would give me directions on how to make candy bar wrappers for Hershey's chocolate bars? I've been searching, but so far no information on how to make them, just where to buy them.

You can also buy them at the party city for $1.99 for a pack of 12 then you make them on the computer.
