Hi there!:goodvibes

I am looking at booking a CP package for DH and I when bookings open next week. However we will be on vacation with family members, who do not want to do this. Will we be able to book a table for 6, with two of us on a CP package, or will it be a matter of booking one table for 4 people not on the package, a table for 2 people on the package, and just hoping we can all be sat together when we arrive? Has anyone ever done this?

Oh - and can you order anything off the menu with this package, and how many courses are you paying for?

Thanks!

Whilst I remember, I'm sure someone mentioned a long thread about the CP, but I can't find it . . . can anyone point me towards it? Would love to pick up some hints and ideas about it! :goodvibes

The only way I can think of to do it is to book the package for 2, book a separate reservation for 4 for the same time, and ask the hostess if you can be seated together. It will probably still be iffy if you can even get a reservation at the same time or very very close to the same time, and if the restaurant can accommodate putting you at the same table.

First, here is the link to the long thread on the Candlelight Processional Watching & Waiting: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2426127
With the CPP you will have your choice of appetizer (could be soup or salad or appetizer), entree, dessert and non-alcoholic drink (lobster entrees excluded.)

This is the one meal that would be difficult to arrange with 2 of you on the package and others not on the package. As you probably know, for your other ADRs you can just book for the number of people that will be eating together and let your waitperson know how the check is to be divided. The only other option I can think of other than what pp mentioned would be if your friends made their ADR for a number that includes the two of you - if they can get into the same restaurant that you are getting the CPP for the same time within 5 or 10 minutes. Upon arrival, ask to be seated with them but let the restaurant know that you two alone have the CPP. I'm not sure if this is allowed though, and at this date I think most participating restaurants in the CPP are pretty well booked except for the spots being held back for CPP. Bottom line is, this is one meal you'll probably have to do separately.
