Candlelight Processional for 2013

Haven't seen this posted. So may have missed the posting. But the partial list of hosts is out for the Processional as well as Reservation sales started today. Good LUCK to all, Chefs de France for the 8:15 show is already sold out.

I got a 4:40 reservation at Chefs de France for the 8:15 show on Dec. 1 this morning. Don't know who the narrator is but we want to go that night. I will take my chances!

Yep, probably would have been nice to say which day we were trying for. We were trying for the first night 11/29. Not a total loss, as I had already made regular ADR for that night at Chefs. Just would have been nice to have the reserved seating feature. Love the show. Can't wait, even if we have to stand.

I'm a day late to the party and our first choice Via Napoli is also already sold out for the 8:15pm show. The only way we can get in (family of 6) is dine at 3:45pm for the 6:45pm show but separate tables

Am on the phone right now trying to find what's still available for our date (we only had 1 date we can go) -- and then checking the menu if my kids can eat something there....



UPDATE: After switching CMs - the first one had issues with her computer (it was slow and she had to reboot multiple times), and first being told that there were no CP availability showing for my date (12/5) for any time -- something finally showed up. So I got my ressie for an 8:15pm show. w00t! Now, will my kids eat the food at Biergarten is another story (they had rotisserie chicken, so I thought they'd be ok!)...

I strongly suggest multiple phone calls. I have called 4 times in the past two days and availability is never the same.

Call #1:
I asked for any restaurant that would allow me to attend an 8:15pm show on December 14th, 15th, or 16th. I was given the option of the Biergarten, Chefs de France, or La Hacienda de San Angel. Nothing else available.

Call #2
Same request, the Rose and Crown and San Angel Inn were the only available options. Nothing else available.

Call #3
Same request, Restaurant Marrakesh. Nothing else available.

Call #4
Same request, Biergarten. Nothing else available.

It seems unlikely that guests would be calling and changing so much in just 2 days. Rather, I suspect it may be a network issue (three of the four cast members commented on a slow server/computer). In any case, with each call, I am offered different restaurants. The Biergarten was my only repeat.

Again, keep trying. Fingers crossed for Via Napoli

The on line reservations did not work for me yesterday, but the phone call went through immediately. I was very surprised. Got what I wanted, middle show, Chef de France, December 19!

Good luck to all who are looking to make a reservation. We love the CP!

I did an online reservation last night for Tutto italia Resturante for 6:45 on 12-11. Something just didn't feel right about the reservation. So called this morning, and i had not reserved the package as I wanted. I found the online system to be confusing - of course, since i didn't to it correctly

So after talking with a very very nice CM, she changed my reservation to dine at 5:45 to see the 8:15 show with Illuminations after - sounds like a perfect evening to me. This will be our first time to see the show.

I called at 7 am on the first day. I was able to get Chefs de France at 5:20 for the 8:15 show. I was lucky.

I called Tuesday morning at 7:00 am and got Via Napoli for December 9, 5:45 dinner and 8:15 CP. Now we wait to see who the celeb narrator will be...

This was one we let the crew at AKV Club Level handle. They got us all set up for a 1:45 lunch at Coral Reef on 12/9 and we'll be going to the 5 PM show. After which we will hop over to MK for the rest of the night.

It has become our Christmas Eve tradition. Booked 6:45 CP with 4:10 dinner at Biergarten this morning. Very limited availability left. Praying for Gary Sinese!!

Actually I totally believe that's what's happening. Have you checked the thread about this in the Disney Dining Reservations board? People are talking about how they made multiple reservations, and maybe they'll cancel and maybe they'll do this. It's really aggravating to hear that they're holding 5 reservations cause "they just don't know which one they want to go to". :/

Anyway, sorry about the frustration. I hope you get something you want. I miss the days of calling and getting Teppan Edo for the 8:15 show a few weeks out. LOL Can't do that anymore.

And Germany probably will be the only repeat. Nobody wants to eat there. LOL Every year, that restaurant, and Morocco seem to always be open.

Twice the Biergarten was the dinner my family requested! We did not have children with us, however. One plus there, in my opinion, is that there's a dinner show with Christmas theme. Children & adults can go on the floor & dance.

I'll bet if I gave DH the choice next year, that's the meal he would pick.. I went with Chefs. we were Via Napoli last year.

No TiW discount on CP packages. From the TiW website:

* Excludes all Chef’s Tables at Disney Signature Restaurants. The Tables in Wonderland discount cannot be used in combination with any other discount and is not valid for Fantasmic Dinner Package, Food and Wine Festival events, Candlelight Packages, or other Special Events.

You did better then me. It shows me that nothing is available ever... (And I have have a hard time believing the Disney picky eaters have taken all the Morocco reservations for December )

Just fyi, I was just checking, Teppan Edo is available on the 15th for both the 6:45 and the 8:15 show online. That's the date and restaurant we're going to and I was just curious if it was sold out for that time slot already, and both of them popped up.

Both restaurants in Italy have availability that day too.

You can use it on any additional items you order outside of the package dinner (such as alcohol) but otherwise no, not for the package itself.

I was not allowed to use it during the CP dinner for the wine we had! Should I have asked for a manager? Wow!
