Candlelight Processional Dinner Package dates, please

Where do you get these dates for 2003?
Will someone be kind enough to provide a link.

How do you make ressies? Do you do it the same as priority seating?

The Candlelight Processional always starts the night after Thanksgiving..........It goes through Christmas week.......The package isn't available for booking until July or August.......
