Candlelight Processional Dining Package Reservation

Tomorrow is my 180-day ADR day. I'd like to make a reservation for the Candlelight Processional dining package (Biergarten - lunch). I understand the packages have not been released for ADR's yet. Should I try to get a regular lunch ADR for Biergarten and then change it to a CP Dining package when they come out or should I just wait?

Off Topic: Has anyone put together a list of the most difficult to get ADR's? I'd like to prepare my priority list for when I get online tomorrow morning. Gosh, I feel like I'm preparing for battle!

You can't change a regular reservation to a CP package, since you have to specifically book the package. You'd have to cancel the regular reservation and rebook a package reservation when they are released. For this reason, it isn't really advisable to make a regular reservation unless you intend to eat at that restaurant whether you have a CP package or not.

Go with Be Our Guest first if you want it, and if you are doing 180 plus 10 you may have better luck toward the end of your stay.

The CP package isn't historically released until sometime in July so you can't book that yet. Disney also holds lots of seats for the restaurants included with the CP such as Biergarten, Teppan Edo, etc. If you try and book these places during the CP lunch and dinner times, you may have trouble getting them.

Seeing as you also can't convert and ADR to a CP lunch or dinner, you're better off waiting for the CP package to come out, and then reserve. I'd suggest that you use your time to book other restaurants that are hard to get into.
