We willl be there on your exact dates! I’ve done CP with dining package once. Even with the package I waited, along with thousands of other, in the line for a good hour. I was so surprised that once at dining packages were admitted there were still seats. One year my son and I rested along the wall near the BBq place. You could kinda see and could hear the CP

Thanks. Can’t decide what to do! I just may wing it and be prepared to not get in. Since it’s not real a park trip, we’d be paying for a one day ticket and then having to spend for dinning that isn’t preferred. Just doesn’t seem worth it in this scenario.

Coral Reef tends to stick around the longest but I agree they go pretty fast.

I was anticipating narrators and packages being announced this week. I feel like they are already a week later than what I had originally thought. But now with the hurricane, I wonder if PR will be shifted to hurricane related and they would delay any announcements or booking.

Yes, guests with the dining package are guaranteed a seat, but unfortunately you do have to wait in line. If you don’t mind sitting toward the back of the dining package section, you can get in line closer to the showtime, but you can’t wait until the last minute.

You could always try for the Reagle Eagle package. From what I understand you can only purchase it the day of the CP, when RE opens you can purchase the voucher for the meal and receive your ticket, subject to availability

I may try this. Love the food and less expensive. Eager to see who the narrator will be.

I wonder if they’ll announce tomorrow if this is now going to be pushed into next week. 60 day window is now nearly into mid December, kinda crazy for planning purposes.

I hope so, but suspect their phones are overloaded with people making changes due to Milton and they won’t want to add to it. On the other hand they may really want to put out some good news.

I am anxiously waiting too. Just doing a quick trip December 14-17 - going especially to see the Processional. Will be using our Annual Passes for the first time (was supposed to be there this week, but cancelled everything).

Dining is coming up on Monday but don't even know what parks we will be at - waiting for line up and info.

We too! We have two possible dates, and we booked CG for both nights, once the CP narrators are known, we’ll cancel one of those ADRs!

We only have one night we can make it and I’m eagerly waiting to see what if/when we’ll need book the dining package. Can someone remind me, when they release dining packages *after* your 60 day window, does it generally go live at 6AM?

I am checking every day, trying to firm up a trip and really want a good narrator. We were fortunate enough to see Brendan Frasier, probably my favorite so far. Any rumors out there about this years narrators?

I think I would just make that my MK day and not rope drop. Or rope drop somewhere to get attractions done and then go back to your room and rest a bit. It depends if you have hopper or not.

We are going the following week Sun-Thursday, but not doing the parks, except for MVMCP and I may add EPCOT. Really just to relax and soak in the holiday stuff.

Hi dspads , did you mean to reply to my question about doing MVMCP over in the Official 2024 MVMCP thread? Just checking as I stumbled upon this comment and it looked like an answer to my question, except we're in the Candlelight Processional thread.

1) Do we think they are going to expand the list of restaurants offering packages this year?

2) Is it ever possible to have a dinner seating *after* the show for which you have the package? E.g. I have a 7 p.m. Biergarten reservation but can line up for the 5:15 Candlelight Processional. I feel like probably not, but a girl can dream.
