Cancelling online ADRs

This is my first trip using the online reservation system. How do I cancel a reservation I've made online? I've looked and looked and can't see how. I'm sure it's right under my nose but I don't see it.

If you made the reservations under the "new/v2" system (which... you probably wouldn't know is the new system since this is the first time using it... doh), they'll show up under "My Reservations" when you're on the Disney site.

If they aren't there, you can retrieve the reservations via confirmation number and phone number by clicking on the appropriate link on that page. Once the reservation comes up, there will be an option to cancel.

Thanks for your help. I had to call Disney Tech help. Somehow I had 2 accounts?? and it wouldn't let me retrieve my reservations. They've fixed it and I was able to cancel my reservation.
 
May I ask..do you have to book ADR's online now or can you still call? Is there an advantage to doing it online? I haven't been since 2008..thanks
 

The latest online ADR system is excellent. The prior one - not so hot.

I think online or by phone will get you the same results. Online (currently) is a lot more flexible in my opinion.

I agree canceling or modifying and online ADR is not as intuitive.

I've used the phone in those instances.
