I'm trying to cancel a reservation at 'Ohana that I made online. Our plans have changed and we've booked 'Ohana for a different night. I can't seem to cancel the extra reservation online though. I try to pull up the reservation and I get a message saying they are having trouble accessing reservations right now. Well, they've been having trouble accessing reservations for a week now! Anyone have any tips other than calling the reservations line, which I will do if I can't cancel any other way.
