Cancelling a ticket/hotel package and MNSSHP

My friend booked a ticket package and hotel for october. Just purchased MNSSHP yesterday because she had the hotel reservation. I am dvc and I was able to get us rooms for the new GF dvc that opened and she would like to change hotels and now stay at the grand. She still wants her tickets that were part of her package. And her MNSSHP tickets as well. Is she able to cancel just her hotel portion of the package?

She will have to cancel the room/ticket package and purchase theme park tickets separately. Her MNSSHP tickets will be unaffected.
