Can someone tell me if a person is taken off a cruise reservation after the cruise is already paid in full, would they get a full refund if it's before 45 days out?

I hope someone can help. My TA is closed for the night.

I'm assuming Cat 4-12 for all the below info. Cat 1-3 have different rules.

Unfortunately all changes need to be made prior to the paid in full date (75 days out) in order to get a full refund.

74 - 45 days prior to sailing you would lose the deposit amount as well as insurance if you purchased it.

44-8 days prior to sailing you would lose 50% of your total cruise cost plus insurance

7 days or less 100% of cruise fare plus insurance

Thank you very much! This is exactly what I needed to know.
