They messed up our reservation and only booked us 1 room when we needed to. So ...we canceled and have transfered our ressie over to POP> Just thought I would post it incase anyone could use it

If they were not able to offer you a 2nd room, that means they were sold out. Which means the room you cancelled would go to whomever is on the waiting list and not someone calling in trying to pick up the room you cancelled.
