Jumping in here also - almost! We leave Friday for a week long cruise followed by our week at Disney on the dining plan - double whammy for me!
I will be joining in Sept 2nd bright and early!
I went from 240 and a sz 22 several years ago to 173 and sz 14/16 then my grammaIL died, I fractured my elbow, popped my achilles tendon which stopped the exercising and life got crazy - sad to say I'm back up to 225 and a sz 18/20.
If it helps - last time I started out slowly - change 1 thing at a time - I wrote down everything I ate, drank my 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and followed the canada food guide. I made sure to treat myself at least 2 times a week b/c I found if I didn't then I felt deprived and binged. I also did alot of walking.
So I will be joining you for sure when I get back from vacation in 3 weeks!!
