My body fat % went down so I'm happy with that as well!

Now another hard part. To get DH in on this too. Can someone tell me how much sugar is in a can of pop, and how many calories are in a bottle of beer. Just to remind DH how bad they are. He has to slow down his eating, he is up for seconds before I can even sit down to eat.
