rice and ground beef, rolled in a cabbage leaf. Theresa (the owner of the restaurant where I work) is from Poland and just made some "glumke" for our Christmas buffet. with a red sauce. (yes I'm working Christmas. only !5! come on down!!!)
I'll leave the breakdown for the Bunnies
I feel like a lurker lately.
"Oh my! This TR is super amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...................................................................................."
Very good.
Eighty four exclamation points exactly.
But your pushing it with the periods, man.
Then again... coulda been commas.
Well I was going to say something like "What's up with wanting all the exclamation points? That @#$%^&*;" but then I remembered it's a family board.
Oh my! This TR is super amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
Yeah, I'm a suck up...
On the GPS front, has anyone noticed that if you miss a turn that she (Bossy to our family) starts giving you more and more warning about turns? Just to be sure you don't screw up again?
"Turn right in 1.5 miles, turn right in 1 miles, turn right in 800 feet, turn right in 500 feet, turn right in 300 feet, turn right in 50 feet, turn right now!, RE-CALCULATING..."
Further on the anthropomorphizing front, I was driving in upper NYS this last August and Bossy fell asleep. I was on a highway bombing along at 60 and could see a sharp left turn approaching on the map display. Do you think she said anything? About halfway through the turn, it's like she woke up "turn left now!" Most people say they can sleep when I drive, but sheesh, even my electronic navigator!
Is it just me, or does Lurkerdom sound like it might actually be a little town in Germany?
"Oh my! This TR is super amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Dang, I lost count...
But seriously, great report. Super DUPER amazing. 84 exclamation marks worthy, without a doubt, even if I can't count that high when typing.
<== This is me, tiptoeing back to lurkerdom because I couldn't find a running away smilie!
P.S. Is it just me, or does Lurkerdom sound like it might actually be a little town in Germany?
Yes, yes it does.![]()

Twas the night before Christmas,
when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring,
not even a mouse.
I wanted to wish all my readers
A Very Merry Christmas!
