Canada does not require the kids, only age 12+. DCL still does require ages 5+, no word on changes specific to Canada.I'm referring to Canada. Are they requiring 100%?
That’s how it reads and what prompted me to ask, hoping that someone might have more knowledge or experience with the policy. That is confusing. So if they are asymptomatic they can go home. "Leave before 14 days". What
does that mean? Day 2 3 4?
The exemption is from testing not vaccination. They also allow 90-day recovered exemptions if I remember correctly.
I think so, too, because you can continue to test positive for months after you had COVID.[

Ah. Got it, I know there was something to do with recent recovered. Also, some othe lines allow recent recovered as exemptions, so I may have been getting it confused.[

No because you need to clear customs upon return to Vancouver from Alaska.Ahh, but are those arriving on a cruise from Vancouver considered domestic travellers?
The European logistics are even worse. I’m still not sure how Disney is going to pull that off.Don't you just wish Disney would give us some guidance or ray of hope that they are working on the Alaska logistic problems ?? Of course I realize nobody has the magic ball with the answers, but just a little acknowlegment of trying to come up with some solutions would be nice.
For those staying on in Canada and looking for testing before re-entry to US -- I was taking a COVID iHealth test (one that the US Govt sent for free) and the app said you can now have it supervised via video for $20 and US accepts it for re-entry. You should look into it more to verify, just passing along what the app message stated. I think a good place to look is your airline website since they are the ones validating the information for your re-entry.
We received iHealth in our first shipment. Our second shipment was another brand. But I believe you can purchase iHealth online or at local pharmacies, and get reimbursed by your insurance company.Interesting, we have the free ones from the government so I will have to look into that. My guess is that $20 is cheaper than what we might pay locally in Vancouver. We are staying for three days post-cruise to see Vancouver and family. Originally had hoped to take the train down, but that doesn't seem like it's going to happen and based on my research a one-way rental between countries isn't possible so I think we'll be flying home.
