Can you still get water delivered cheaply from Staples?

I was just wondering if you can still get water delivered to the resorts cheaply from Staples. I looked into this last year and we ended up not doing it because we got the Brita Water bottles, but I would like to have some bottled water in our room. Does anyone know if this is still an option? We are staying at WL. How would I go about getting it to my room if it is? Thanks

We did this in October. You just have to sign up for a Staples Reward Card. Then all online orders are shipped free. HTH

We did this in Novemeber/December trip. It's wonderful to have bottled water in the room. I think it was like $6 a case. Next time we're getting two as we ran out this time.

Yes, I believe it's still going on. I ordered 2 cases for our November trip and it was a great deal. I called our hotel, BWV, before I arrived to make sure it had been delivered. It took them a while to find it but it was there.

I work for Staples, and if you have a Staples Reward Card (it is free), you can have free delivery. You can apply for a Rewards Card online, you don't have to go to the store to get one. Hope that helps.

This is a great idea. Does anyone know how this works at the All-Star resorts (All-Star Sports for us in a few days)? Do they hold the water at the main building?

Also, any Staples discount codes out there?

I ordered water for our trip last week from Staples with no problems. I did have to call and get my shipping refunded as my Rewards card never seems to take off shipping

You will probably get a Staples error message back if you put in Lake Buena Vista, FL with a 32830 zip code. Interestingly, though the USPS lists Lake Buena Vista as an "acceptable city name" in zip code 32830, Staples didn't like it when I used it. USPS lists Orlando as the "actual city name" in zip code 32830 and that is what I changed the city to on the Staples website and it was satisfied then.

I am pretty finicky about what bottled water I drink, but the rest of the family isn't. I guess I could use snack credits for Dasani and they could drink whatever.

Staples has next day delivery, though I have found the water is usually 2 day. They only deliver Mon- Fri. I recommend ordering 4 business days before leaving. This way it doesn't sit long, you can track it before you leave, and there is a small cushion to fix any problem.

If you order much sooner I see two issues: 1) it could get buried the longer it sits around the resort. 2) to many people doing this and storing long term may make them stop accepting the deliveries - all JMHO

Just ordered again for my parents. htey arrive tomorrow and I called and placed the order on Friday. Last December there were no issues and I followed the same ordering schedule. WHen I arrived I was told that my shipment had arrived and they could bring it to my room. No problems!
I believe it was $12.49 for two cases of Nestle purified water.

What a great idea! We drive so we bring our water but this is a great idea for those who fly! (or don't have room)
