Can you see Illuminations from inside the Nine Dragons restaurant in China?

No.The only places that have a possible view are Les Chefs de France and Tokyo dining( If you get a window seat ) and even than it is so so at best and obstructed.The only places with a excellent view are Rose and Crown on the patio and the Mexican Cantina which is closed right now and is supposed to be CS by day and TS requiring adrs by night.
