Can you request your service team?

We really loved ours on the Wonder and would love to have them again. Do you have to go to guest services on the ship or can you request ahead of time?

The "teams" don't necessarily stay together. So you should pick the one server you liked the best and request him or her, as they are likely paired with someone else by now.

We had a server from Romania named Dimitru on the Wonder before the Dream took over its itinerary. We called in to request him again prior to our next cruise after that. They were able to make arrangements for him to be our server again. He just beamed when he found out that someone had specifically asked for him. They may not be able to comply with the request, but if they can it will be a really special time for all of you.

Yes, you can put a request with your reservation. Just call DCL and they will take a note. It's always a request, no guarantee, but they will do their best to work it out and in most cases it will work.

Our story:
Went on a family cruise one year with DD, DSiL, DGS (Teen), DW and me had Typhoon from Turkey as our server. 16 months later DW and I made a last minute reservation, went to PC for embarkation lunch, Typhoon saw us walking up to PC, and he came out of line from where the servers were escorting the cruisers to their tables. He served us lunch. We went to the table assignment change meeting, requested Typhoon as our server and it was granted. Typhoon had gone home twice and gotten married during those 16 months, yet he still recognized us.
