Next time I go to BWV we will stay in a 2 bedroom agian. We will have 4 adults and 4 young children, all under age 5. It was great but the table had only 2 chairs. Has anyone ever asked housekeeping to bring up another chair or two? I just didn't know if it could be done. I am sure it will be a tight squeeze.....
Just an aside question. Are there supposed to be high chairs in the villas? I couldn't find one. I just ended up feeding the baby in the stroller. Didn't bother to call housekeeping. Oh well!
Thanks!

Just thinking out loud, but you must have been staying in a studio last time? The studios have two chairs around a little table and two chairs on the porch. It is my understanding that there are 4-6 chairs in the BWV 2BR's if you round them all up, and another few on the porches. If you only have 2 actual chairs in a unit meant for 8, I'd say that is a problem!

It was most definitely a 2 bedroom.....I was thinking about the chairs around the table in the kitchen area. thee were only 2. there were also two at the counter. Total of 4. My parents used the ones in the studio part, so I would leave those. I didn't think to use the ones on the balcony. those were a little dirty for inside though. Just wondering............

I was trying to remember the full complement. It seems to me that it was 2 in the kitchen, 2 in the studio and 2 or 3 bar stools. I would think they would supply enough for 8 total but not enough for 8 and leave the other 2 in the studio.

I noticed the same thing when looking at the GV layout and thinking of our big family trip. Seating does not seem to be adequate. Folding chairs in the closet or from housekeeping would be nice.

One BR only had 4 chairs,2 at the counter and 2 at the table. BCV had 3 at the long narrow dining table. I don't know who designs these rooms but they really don't think people are using them as home away from homes.

Still love the 1 BR. Hard to go back to a studio.

Rich, in lovely ,raining, cloudy ,wet, cold , New England.

I like the idea of folding chairs - does such an option exist? That would be a great way to solve this problem.

Rich - I'm right here in rainy, cold New England, too! Oh, well, at least the flowers and trees and grass will grow!

hygienejean,
Regarding the highchairs, we didn't have one when we arrived but housekeeping brought one up right away. It was the wooden kind, no tray, and the baby just sat at the table with us.
