Can you bank/make ressies at the same time?

I have points that need to be banked by end of January 09. I'll be making a reservation for Thanksgiving week in Dec for my home resort.
Can I bank those points at that time and then in the same phone call make the reservation? Or should I go ahead and bank them one day soon and then call the make the reservation?

You can bank and make ressie at same time, just make sure you bank first before making ressie on the phone so you can use banked points for the ressie.

Yep. Did exactly what you're talking about about a month ago. June UY. Banked my AKV's for 08 and immediately made a reservation for June 21-25, 2009. MS used the points I banked and told me so.
