I see tix are going up on Sunday. If I buy 10 day Hops now, and don't use them, can I add no-exp to them when I go to use them the first time? If so, how much is it?

and does it matter how long I wait? Say I buy them now and use them in 2 years for the first time.

You will pay the difference between whatever Disney is charging for a 10-day non-expiring hopper and what you paid for the ticket if you have not used the ticket.

If you use the ticket first and then do the upgrade within 14 days, you will pay the difference between the gate price for a 10-day non-expiring hopper and the gate price for a 10-day expiring hopper. If I'm reading the parks blog correctly, it should be around $225 per ticket plus tax.

You can do any upgrade within 14 days of first use of a ticket. Note under the new pricing it costs between $25 and $225 to add the NE option, depending on the highest number of days on the ticket.
